Random "Hibernation" or "Sleep" issues

I have 3 Acer RL70-UR21P units running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit that that I'm trying to use for for digital signage. These units are going into a random "sleep" or "hibernate" mode and they only wait to wake them up is to physically reboot the system. We used the previous versions of the Acer Revo Aspire without any issue and use more than 30 of the Lenovo q 150 and q 180 for this same type of application.

I've gone into the power options and set the options to never put the computer to sleep or never turn the monitor off. However, this keeps happening. There must be some funky way the BIOS are set up/imaged for this product. Any help would be appreciated.
