I can't put my Acer Aspire 4741G to sleep mode when pressinf Fn + F4 keys. What should I do? Thank you.

When did you first experience the problem?

Do you have the LaunchManager Application installed?  It is available for download here.

First of all, thank you for you concern. I really appreciate it.

1. Nothing happen and there is no error message that appear when I press the Fn + F4 key combination.

2. I start experiencing the problem a few month after I sent my laptop to service centre to change my damaged keyboard.

3. Yes, I do have LaunchManager Application installed and it work perfectly for other feature.

Do the other Function keys work as they should?

Yes. Other function that require Function key work as they should. Going into sleep mode is the only thing that doesn't work. I initially thought that there is something wrong with the LaunchManager application, but even after reinstalling the driver, the problem still exist. And there is no problem with my F4 key since I can close running application with Alt + F4.
