Hello Acer Community,
I've got a problem. I recently brought my laptop to the assistance center due to problem with the video graphic card. But after I take it, without the power source attached to the plug, my laptop won't turn on.
I already tried to downlaod the hotfix updater from here following other topic with the same problem: http://global-download.acer.com/SupportFiles/Files
My computer: Acer Aspire 5755G
Any soluction? Please, help me. Is this a driver or a software problem?

If you are having an issue after service, you need to contact the service center so that the issue can be corrected.
You should not be having power issues after service.
