Plugged in,not charging

Hi,I am having acer aspire 4810T .

I am observing a strange problem with my AC adapter .

Some times it shows charging when plugged in while sometime it shows not charging and orange light is also notdisplayed

please adise how to fix the problem.

Good day

1. Update the bios

2. Try another charger

3. Is the DC/ Charger pin in the machine not loose?
