Hello,
I have an Acer Aspier-522-5603.
I have plugged it in, it is has %96, it says 'PLUGGED IN; NOT CHARGING"
Help?

It's happened again; It went away for awhile,stoped doing it i mean, but it's doing it again. I un-plugged battery, put it back in. I have turned off, un-plugged, removed battery, un-installed battery things etc and didnt work.
Anywhere i can take it? To get a free answer? I have no money All spent on laptop

I'm sorry, not aware of anywhere you can take it for a free answer!
Try the above solution again for a temporary fix. Ask at your local PC store to see how much they charge, you can then save up for a permanent repair!
Unless any other community members have an answer.....
