Good day! i have an acer aspire d255e, my problem is that whenever i click the shortcut icon in desktop it keeps telling me " ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO MOVE THIS SHORTCUT TO THE RECYCLE BIN?" i already reformat it which is i thought its a virus, still it gave me same result.. i hope you can help me guys.. thank you in advance!

It seems to be an issue with the malware or trojan. Not sure how did you format the computer. U may perform a full system recovery using the recovery media to remove the malware or trojans from the computer.
Refer the following link to Perfom full system recovery on this computer.
Make sure your files are backed up, as this process will erase all data from the computer.

mhatzbox (neat name, by the way) there is more than one possible explanation, so there is more than one possible cure.
1) Run a deep scan with your updated virus program.
2) Install the free Malwarebytes program, which does not interfere with any AV program, and run a deep scan with it.
3) Try right-clicking the shortcut and opening the program.
4) Which shortcut is it? Can you delete it anyway and create another shortcut to the program?
5) You actually can run a scan on the shortcut only. Right-click it and run whatever scan it allows.
6) Use a System Restore Point created before the problem began.
