Okay so I believe its a BIOS password that it is looking for,however I forgot it, so when I turn it on it goes to black screen that says enter password. If I do not have that password what do I do??????????????, can somebody please help

If you don't know your BIOS password, you would have to contact Acer. They can remove it, but usually charge for it.
