On Google Acer C7 chromebook,Is installing Windows OS possible.Data Card dongle be used for Internet

I have recently purchased the Google Acer C7 chromebook.

I would like to know--If installing any of the WIndows OS is possible.

Can we use USB Data Card dongle to browse internet.If yes-which brand/details.

How do I enable my chromebook--to view other format Video files and install applications and games to work/play offline.
