Notice when scrolling

When I scroll, sometimes I get a notice "back,reload,check element" how do I disable this?

I am not familiar with the error you are reporting. Did it always have this problem? Have you tried restoring the system to see if it resolves the issue?

No,I have not tried to restore. Will I lose my downloads if I restore it?

Yes, unfortunately, restoring your system will erase all of your downloads.
