New Aspire 5560 won't play CDs

My new aspire 5560 won't play CDs. Default is clear.fi and it just says can't play. I also tried Windows Media and got error message. I can listen to music on Playlist.com

Can you provide an example of what kind of CD won't play? If it is a burned CD, you may be trying to play a format that is not supported by clear.fi or Windows Media Player.
