Hi Dears,

I have been using the acer laptop product for the last couple of years. I didn't have any challenge son far. However I am facing a proble related with using the keyborad for some of the letters including U, I, O, P, J, K, L, :, M, <, >,and ?. The keys of these letters have also held numbers and signs such as 4,5,6,*, 1,2,3, -....respectively. I couldn't type the letters rather the numbers are written instead. How can I solve that? I don't know if I touched something wrong unknowingly and I couldn't find out what is that problem? I am now sending you this message from another laptop. Please help me asap.

Regards,

I think you have the number lock on...different keyboards have different locks but on my Acer D270 it is the F11 key...on another it is a separate key above the numerical pad but it is lettered as "NumLk"...press that key and it should revert to typing letters.
