My Aspire V5-131-2629 came with a 40 watt power supply. That is much smaller than I am accustomed to having, but this is also a much smaller notebook - almost what could be considered a netbook. Is that 40 wat power supply sufficient to run a 2-fan laptop cooler that takes it's power from the USB port? I have a universal 90 watt power supply bought for the previous notebook that the correct plug for the Aspire that I can use if 40 watts is not enough.

You should have no problems using a laptop cooler with your V5!
