Good day,

I have an Android (4.0.3) tablet and I'd like to make it work with a T232HL-BMIDZ touch screen monitor.

Is there an app to do that ?

In order for touch funtionality to work on the touchscreen monitors you have to plug in the USB cable to both devices. That being said, I'm not certain if the functionality would carry across because I've only even used touchscreen monitors on a Windows based unit. You can try, but if you've already attempted this it probably won't work.
