If you are unable to access the internet to download drivers, you would need to use a different computer with an internet connection to download them. If you do not have access to another computer with an internet connection, you may be able to order recovery disks which would have the drivers you need. You can order recovery disks at http://store.acer.com/store/acerna/en_US/home, and click on the link for eRecovery.
