Just to be shure, you mean to say you have an Acer Liquid "Gallant" and flashed the ROM for Acer Liquid "E"?
You can find any stock rom's and drivers on Acer's Support website. Just enter recovery, enable USB, copy the stock ROM on your microSD card and flash it in recovery. This should fix your problem. If not, I will try and help whenever I can. Good Luck!

Hi mega6382,
Oops! I presume you have the original Liquid S100 (A1)?
I'm not sure if we are allowed to post external links here but try this...
Download the Acer Download Tool 3.1 (http://www.modaco.com/topic/299500-acer-download-t
Then download a BIN File (http://www.modaco.com/topic/317068-acer-liquid-and
Use the Download Tool to flash the downloaded BIN file to your Phone.
This should bring it back to life!
