Iconia w700 - No Acer ring

Hi all

I purchase my acer w700 set it up to find that ACER is not available with the 5 finger touch. I searched and searched and I see it is not installed. It is not listed as a program or anything.

I have recovered the tablet to factory default twice and still no acer ring.

Please can someone help me, this was a major selling point of the device.

[Update] When I search for "recovery" from the home screen I do NOT have "Acer recovery" as an option. . .
