Cannot find any option in BIOS to enable TPM, have updated to latest BIOS version

Which model do you have? I believe that TPM only comes on the Pro models, like the 6821.

Thanks, i called Acer, gave them the serial number and model number and they said it has TPM (after asking me what TPM is), than was told I need to pay $75 for software support.

After digging around I found that there were different models and the we have for work has Windows 8 pro but does not come with TPM.

You can still use Bilocker, just in non-TPM mode.

Yes i know that, but we have to use TPM, as per my 1st comment.
