I recently became the owner of a useless acer a100 tablet! With no help from Acer for a repair for a manufacturing flaw in their tablets! after doing much questioning and research online, many many a100 and a500 tablets are stuck at the startup screen or show nothing but the power button! it is now a paperweight, but has taught me a good lesson about what brand not to buy, especially since ACER does nothing to solve their customer's issues. This might be a reputable company if they would simply fix their products when they find out they are faulty! PLEASE contact me Acer, PLEASE change my mind!
