I take it you mean your fan is constantly running at full speed and that this is a new problem?
If so sounds like you need to open your computer, and clean it, pay particular attention to the slots behind the fan, try this and see what happens, also make sure your vents on the outside of the comp are clean, they soon get blocked, particularly if you have pets

Usually, when a fan is at full speed, that means that the comptuer is overheating, much like the fan on the radiator on your car. If it is a desktop, you can blow out the inside of the computer, but if it is a laptop, please, if you do not know what you are doing, do NOT try this yourself. Take it to a tech in your area to have it cleaned. If your comptuer is still under warranty, you can contact tech support to have a tech look at it through the warranty. http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service
