I am advized to get in the email address that I have given during the registration. Then I got back to this mail box where I click the link. I am supposed to "make this PC the Cloud PC"". But that was the case and I think I did not finish the installation and activation

Did you receive the acer verification email after registration? If not, you can open AcerCloud Portal application on PC then click <send it again> or visit the website https://www.cloud.acer.com/ops/login and click <Resend Activation Email>. The verification email will resend to your registered email account.
