Hi, so I got amnesia yesterday and wanted to try it out, but when I want to play it on fullscreen it doesnt work, either it freezes or my mmouse gets stuck in the top left corner... and I can only see 1/4 of the screen no matter what res I set it too... I dont think its the acer w700 itself that does it but windows 8... Can anyone try amnesia dark descesnt on their windows 8? Or is there any fix? I can play other games like skyrim, minecraft without problems... it is just amnesia and warface(closed beta) that has this problem so far :/

Hey,

Have you tried right clicking the icon for the shortcut (or the executable itsself), then going to properties and selecting the disable scaling for high DPI settings option ? Sometimes that seems to work. Haven't tried Amnesia yet, but it works for BG2, planescape, and Home.

Which drivers did you use spesifically? I dont want to download the wrong ones.

If you have another good computer with a decent graphic card I high recommend to Use Free program called: SPLASHTOP 2

You can play and manage your big computer with your tablet.

Pros: No need to install games

         More space to your SSD

         IF THERE IS A PROBLEM stay far from your gadget ... virus, malware

I am playing all my games at 1920x1080 remote with Splashtop 2. and maybe your HD4000 is free of running heavy games like Skyrim, Tomb raider... I think More battery life!
