Hi,

Can somebody help me? I accidentally removed Acer eRecovery Management program from my laptop.

Appreciate so much if anybody can inform me where to download/get it back.

It would help to know your model, but I would check on the Acer website under support/drivers and manuals for your model and see if it's listed. If not you can always run the eRecovery Software by restarting the unit, pressing and holding ALT and tap F10 repeatedly. Doing this will reinstall Windows and erase all userdata but you will get all default programs back.

I have an acer aspire 257 and when I press alt and f10 nothing happens. Please help?!
