I need help in registering my A500 tablet.  My uncle gave it to me and I guess because it is out of warranty I get blocked by Acer.  I just want to see about available updates.  I cant get thru to Acer.

Hey there,  thankfully you don’t have to worry about registering the unit to see updates on the A500. All you need to do is go under the settings app and then go to about tablet and click on the update button.
