How to Wake on LAN (but via wifi) Is it possible?

So i have an iphone and i downloaded and app that has a remote keyboard and trackpad and also has the ability to wake on LAN. I do not want to connect my computer via ethernet though is it possible that can Wake on LAN but via wifi? I have an Acer Aspire 5552-3691 with and ATHEROS AR5B97 network adapter just fyi. Thanks
