How do i tranfer data for my installed system data to the micro sd card i have installed

The acer tablet that i possess is capable of storing up to 5gb of data but i have a micro sd card of up to 16 gig installed. How do i transfer from the tablet data storage to the micro sd slot storage.

If it is android, use an app called ASTRO file manager.
