How do I change my background to a personalized picture?

I want to know how to change my background on my ultra thin Windows 7 starter laptop? I right click and I can't figure it out. I also tried going online to my Facebook and right clicking and then clicking on "set as desktop background" and it doesn't work. My laptop is ASPIRE ONE D255E

Windows 7 starter edition doesn't support changing the desktop back ground.

Please check the below ling to check what all features are not included with w7 starter Edition.
