The latest version of Adobe Flash will not work on my Acer Aspire 7745G using Windows 8. Adobe tech support claims that I have to update my display driver.
One 'driver checking' application claims my drivers are ancient but another claims that all drivers are up to date. Any help in solving this problem will be appreciated.
Adobe Flash Player 10.3 will work but Adobe Flash Player 11.5 and above won't work at all with Firefox.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply and information.
However, whenever I visit that particular part of the Acer web site, I'm only able to select Windows 7. With Windows 7, there seemed to be no problem with my existing arrangement. However, it's been a different story with Windows 8.
Apparently I need much more up-to-date drivers.

If you look under the 7745, there are graphics drivers available for Windows 8.
It may also be possible to get a driver from the card manufacturer site.
