How Do I Fix My Warranty Information

The DLP chip on my H5360 projector is going out. There are white and black stuck pixels everywhere. The sticker on the box says the DLP chip has a 5 year warranty but every time I try to contact support, I am told my warranty is up. I bought this device in the fall of 2010, which means I've still got time left. This is the only support I can figure out how to contact. How do I fix this?
