Windows 8 on new Aspire R7

After spending several hours to go through updates install and update to Windows 8.1,  at the last stage of installing a utility (RollBack - similar to System Restore on Windows 7) the screen goes into a DOS window showing Windows Boot Manager and I was unable to get out of it. After fresh install from a UBS drive to bring to the original condition, this happens again on Windows 8.

Than you very much. I made a mistake to buy Acer refurbished one with no support at all.
