Why doesn't Acer actually assist its customers by answering these questions posted? We've spent all this money on your machines, and you won't even offer help in answering questions about problems with your machines? Why don't you step in and help us out with the questions that aren't getting answered?

This is a peer to peer support forum where other Acer customers share knowledge and assist each other.
Although Acer staff may occasionally post suggestions, this is not a direct portal to Acer customer support.
