Help Aspire V3-771 (touch pad inop)

Hello I have tried everything to get my touch pad and left/right click buttons to function again. I have tried to reinstall the drivers, I have tried pushing the FN+F7 that doesn't work either. When talking to a chat person, they can't seem to figure it out and say I need to send it to them and have it looked at and fixed. I'm not wanting to go through all of that with the time and money I don't have to spend on it.

If any one can assist me in fixing my lap top it would be much appricieated, thankyou.
