Have an Acer Aspire One. An room temperature it hardly gets throu the bootup when it shuts down.

Have an Aspire ONE. At room temperature it barely makes it through the bootup when it shuts down. If it is cold it will go through the boot up and run for a few minutes and shut down. Could this be a cooling fan issue or some other hardware issue?

It definately sounds like an issue, but I'm unable to make a determination of what could be causing it.
