HOW DO I REFLASH BIOS OF MY ACER ASPIRE ONE 532H-2DR, ive tried Fn+Esc key and power button...etc. but it doesnt seem to work

What do you mean by reflash? Are you trying to access the BIOS menu? Well I know you can access when the computer is booting up for a split second before the logo pops up by hitting F12 if that isn't what you were after, maybe this is http://www.compu-help.us/BIOS_access.htm
