I just bought a Aspire 3680 (used) and need a hard drive (what type and be able to reinstall drivers

This comptuer came with an old style 40G hard drive. I do believe it may be IDE. All I see in the serivce book is that it is a 40G hard drive module. I would probebly have a tech take a look at it to see if they can put something bigger in it. 40G these days do not hold much.
