When i play games after a while the FPS starts going up and down (60-20 FPS). When it goes down the graphics card usage goes up to 99% and then briefly goes to 50-70% and the game runs fine. And no, its not because the game is too much for the graphics card, because i can also stand still (nothing is loading, nothing is unloading) and after a while the FPS starts to fluctuate. Note: at the start it doesn't do that. It's not overheating, minimum background proccesses. It does it with ALL games, even the small and simple ones that run up to 200fps like minecraft. Help?

LG, the most common cause is that you are having an internet problem. I'll assume that even with low-end games you are still connected. On a high-end game, it is possible that multiple players are hitting a heavy graphics area at the same time. The problem can also be caused when a group of players sign off at the same time.
The solution? If everything is working well, don't get concerned about it.
One poster recommends that you update your drivers.
Also, the next time it happens, go into Task Manager and see if you don't have some unexpected stuff running.
