I would like to upgrade the GPU in my Acer Aspire X3400 which currently has an NVIDA GeForce 9200. There is not enough room for most video cards at the PCI slot. Can someone recommend the best video card I can use for this PC that still fits in the case?

You can not upgrade Video card. The computer only has a 220 watt power supply. But if you want to try I would try Raddon they make a card that is low profile and only use 19.5 watts. I would be about the same that you have now.
