If I use my external hard disc to create recovery of my PC, is it would be able to re use?

S it can reusable as far as u r creating an image of the internal hdd

Putting the recovery partition on your external hard drive will erase all the data on the hard drive. You cannot chose a specific partition for it to load to. So if you have to use it make sure there is no important data first. I copied my system image to my external drive after I installed the recovery partition, but I could not get that to work well, so I just went out and bought a USB.
