Had computer a day. Worked fine! I turned on computer and it had lost the link to my monitor. I restarted it was fine. I then went on youtube, it was fine, came off then I tried to run "steam" (downloadable games) and it came up error. I restarted computer and it came up with error message 0xc000021a. I do not have Windows 8 CD as it was preloaded.
Tried looking on google but there does not seem to be an easy answer. The computer will not let me do anything. I can not restart, restore and I can not download software to help (I am using a different computer to type this!)
If you continue to have errors, please do not hesitate to post further information or to contact your local Acer service center.
