Have you thought of using a virtual machine? This is a program that runs in Windows, and allows you to run different OS's in the one environment. They can be run in a window or full screen.
I personally use the excellent VMware Player. It creates a folder on your machine that is a virtual hard drive. You can even move the hard drive to a different PC if desired.
If you check out the VMware website you will find plenty of info on how to get started.
