Drivers - Acer Aspire v3-531

Hello there. I hope someone can help me because I am tearing my hair out over this Issue. My Acer Aspire V3-531 was stocked with Windows 8, which I can't stand. I Installed a copy of Windows 7 today. Installed drivers from Acer Support but there are still three drivers in Device Manager and I don't know what they are. They come up as:

Base System Device
Base System Device
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

I have installed the following drivers:

Bluetooth
VGA
Wireless LAN
LAN
Chipset

I have tried to Install through Windows but It does not find any drivers and Is unable to Install. Anyone have any Ideas on what I need to Download/Install. It's driving me mad!
