Driver_IRLQ_Not_less_or_equal igdkmd32.sys

Well while playing , I am getting a blue screen with an error regarding Driver_IRLQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (igdkmd32.sys)

My laptop is an Acer Aspire V5-471G, i5, geforce 710m and intel hd 4000, any help please?

I believe this is the Intel graphics driver. If you are running win 8.1, go to the download site where there is a new driver dated 8/10/2013.

I already tried that but it still gives me the same error,
