Critical Process Died

please help

 

my acer aspire e1-471 running on windows 8

 

detected a trojan ( ZeroAccess ) with mcafee it promted me to reboot the system to remove the program

 

but it wont boot up after the restart, a blue screen appears with the error message that a "Ctitical Process Died" 

 

im now currently using the system restore as suggested by the system but still no progress as of now, are there other ways aside from the suggested by the system to restore my laptop?
