My chromebook C7´s display got broken. I need to get a new one. Please adviseme on where to get it good and cheap.

Screen Surgeons site is a good place to start. http://www.screensurgeons.com/?gclid=CJ2k-OGD37gCFQJqMgodty4A-g copy this into your browser, choose Acer and go deeper from there.  

I found an Acer C710 C7 Chromebook LED Screen replacement on the site, comes with tools, instructions, and support, $67.  They include an instructional video on the site that you should check out ahead of time to see if it seems too hard for you to tackle.  If so then consider having it done by a computer repair person like the Geek Squad at Best Buy.  I've also had good luck with students from a local University.  They usually have plenty of people working in IT that are willing to take on a job like this on the side.
