Here's my Question...
I've recently installed Graphic Driver from official driver under win8.1 64-bit

On start up, Catalyst Control Center Won't Start Automatically and does not appear under taskbar near the time and date notification. When I tried Opening it Manually(By Right Clicking Desktop and click Graphic Properties and By Opening the CCC.exe), it always prompt an error message, Please see ScreenCap attached for the error message.
