Actually its a Question I would like to know which kind of Ram Am I suppose to buy if I want let say between 6 &12 Gig.I have a Acer 531-4836 and I heard if I have a 64 bit which I do.I can Upgrade the Memory.I would really appreciate your expertise! Have a Nice Day! Claude.

Not sure if the model you mention can be upgraded but it has specifications showing unit has 4 GB Internal memory type DDR3-SDRAM with Maximum internal memory of 8 GB  and Memory slots 2x SO-DIMM
