CPU i7 3632QM turbo boost 3.2G max speed it 2.2G it have problem?

my laptop use CPU i7 3632QM. i know it can be max speed at 3.2G, but when i check  it max speed 2.2G and normal speed 1.17G

does it have problem need to fix?

    The max speed can only be achieved when a *single* core is processing.
    You have four cores which will most likely all be used by any given application.
    It follows that it is extremely unlikely if not impossible to realise the published max speed under normal circumstances.


    Some software allows the user to explicitly specify the number of cores to utilise but this is really to allow an overhead so other applications can claim CPU time and run comfortably in parallel.

    One core running at 3.2G would likely be far less effective than four running at a reduced clock so it's really more of a marketing ploy than of any true value.

    3.2G sounds far more attractive than 1.17G or even 2.2G doesn't it!!

    I don't believe your CPU has a problem.
