There is no drivers available. If you can source the drivers yourself, you can try.

No. Chrome OS uses a Linux kernel. It cannot be made to accept a Windows partition. No such thing as "downloading drivers" to make it so.

This has NOTHING to do with drivers, firstly.
Secondly, I'm not sure if you're asking whether Windows can be installed or if you can change the partition format of ChromeOS to NTFS or FAT.
The answer to the former is not right now. People are working on this, though. ChrUbuntu is possible, however.
The answer to the latter is kinda sorta, but absolutely not. Sure, you can try with GParted, but it's going to result in the Chromebook not seeing ChromeOS, and a recovery will be mandatory.
