Aspire one recovery window 7 starter

I am attempting to restore my Aspire one to factory defaults by using your recovery partition. Everything went fine until 'Setup is starting services' screen come up, a short pause then the Error msg.'Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation.' It seems to be stuck in a loop, i.e., restart, setup is starting services, then the error msg, restart, etc.

There could be a hardware problem preventing it from restoring.

Or it could be a corrupt partition in which case you will need the eRecovery disks.
