Aspire e1 571 display issue

I have Acer Aspire E1 571 Laptop with i3 (3rd Gen, 2GB, 500GB, Inter 4000 Graphics). When i play movie on it the screen cutting disply on up side. Some time its automaticaly fixed but some time again back.

How to fix this issue?

Is this issue from software or hardware problem?
