Hi All, 

I bought ACER Aspire V5-471G (Intel-I7, NIVIDIA GeForce 710M, windows 8) few days back. I am having trouble with this notebook within my firs week of use. When I am playing any video's on youtube it plays properly. After few minutes the screen get frozzen with funny images and my notebook ends up with a hung stage. I had to press and hold my notebook power button to shut it down. Its happening only when I am watching some video online. I thought its something to do with windows 8 so i down graded my notebook to Windows 7 but no use. I am still having the same problem.

Guys, anyone facing the same issue and can provide me some solution. I can not carry my notebook to service station because this issue happens randomley.

Please help and suggest something !!!

in first week have you attempt to restoer to factory to check it works

Hi, I have restored it few times already. still no help. it only crashing while watching video's and it happending once in a while. no way i can prove this to ACER service engineers if I am going to tell them about this issue.

any suggestion guys ??
